HOW DO I FIND YOU?Our truck locations are posted on our website and social media. We have a text and email list as well. Our new location is located at 275 Broadhollow Road, Melville inside the building on the lower level. COME SEE US AT THE STUFFED AMERICAN (formerly the Hidden Gem).

DO YOU CATER?We sell our wontons frozen to make at home for parties or you can purchase baked trays from our Massapequa location or fried from our food truck. We also cater many events with our food truck..

CAN I MIX FLAVORS?Yes! What fun would it be if you couldn't try a little bit of everything. Frozen bags are prepackaged but we can always make a custom bag!

HOW DO THE SAUCES WORK?We do offer dip cups and sauces for catering trays- however they are great without the sauce!

ARE THEY GLUTEN-FREE?The wonton wrappers are not gluten-free but we are working on some gluten free items. We do sell some of the fillings as dips in the storefront.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?Please let us know ahead of time. Everything is made in a shared kitchen So if you have a severe allergy please beware.

HOW ARE THEY COOKED? BAKED OR FRIED?At our storefront we bake them and on our truck we fry them.

HOW DO I COOK THEM AT HOME?Instructions come on each bag. You can bake them, air fry, pan fry, deep fry or even grill them!
